Exco Resources N.L. is engaged in mining, exploration and development of mineral interests. The Company operates in Cloncurry Copper project in Mount Isa and White Dam Gold project in South Australia. On January 17, 2006, Bimba Mining Ltd acquired Exco Resources (SA) Pty Ltd (formerly Polymetals (SA) Pty Ltd). It's wholly owned subsidiaries are Exco Resources (WA) Pty Ltd, Mitchell River Exploration Pty Ltd, Bimba Mining Ltd, Eliza Creek Mines Ltd, Exco Cloncurry Operations Pty Ltd, Boomarra Mines Pty Ltd and Exco Resources Beijing Co, Ltd. The Company operates in Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia and New South Wales.
