FKP Property Group, along with its subsidiaries, is engaged in the development and management of retirement villages. The Company is also engaged in investment in, and management of, retail, commercial and industrial property; commercial, industrial and residential building and construction; funds and asset management, and property and project marketing. On December 23, 2005, the Company acquired a portfolio of 14 retirement villages. On May 1, 2006, FKP Property Group acquired a real estate business, which is located in Queensland. On July 3, 2006, the Company acquired 100% of Alblon Flour Mill Ltd. In September 2006, the Company acquired Wilbow Corporation (Australia) Pty Ltd.
