Gindalbie Metals Ltd is an Australian company engaged in the exploration for iron ore and joint venturing with other mining companies to explore for minerals. In June 2006, the Company sold its Minjar Gold Project to Monarch Gold Mining Company Limited. Gindalbie Metals Ltd's subsidiaries include Karara Management Services Pty Ltd, Lotus Minerals Ltd, DSO Ventures Pty Ltd (formerly Gindalbie Lime Pty Ltd) and Gindalbie (Anketell) Ltd. The Company's Karara Iron Ore Project is located in the mid-west region of western Australia, 220 kilometers east of the Port of Geraldton and approximately 500 kilometers north northeast of Perth, in an iron ore mining center. Gindalbie Metals Ltd's projects include Karara Iron Ore Project; Karara Iron Ore, DSO Project and Karara Iron Ore, Pellet Project.
