Galileo Japan Trust (the Trust) is a real estate investment trust. The Trust will initially acquire a 98.5% interest in a diversified portfolio of office, residential, retail/leisure, mixed use, industrial and hotel properties in Central and Greater Tokyo, and other major cities of Japan. The Trust will hold its interest in the portfolio through a series of Tokumei Kumiai (TK) arrangements.
