Goodman Group, formerly Macquarie Goodman Group, is engaged in funds management, property services, development management and investment in directly and indirectly held industrial property. The Company has operations in New Zealand, Asia and Europe. The core Australian portfolio stands at 86 properties during the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006. On December 20, 2005, the Company launched Macquarie Goodman Wholesale Fund. The Company acquired Arlington Securities Plc (Arlington), a property funds management business located in Europe on December 23, 2005. In addition, it acquired investments in Arlington managed funds. On April 7, 2006, it launched Macquarie Goodman Hong Kong Wholesale Fund, a third-party investment vehicle in Hong Kong. The Company acquired Eurinpro International SA (Eurinpro), a property development business located in Europe on June 1, 2006. In April 2007, the Company announced the acquisition of logistics property developer, Rosemound Developments Limited.
