GWA International Limited is a supplier of fixtures and fittings to households and commercial premises. The Company's business segments include buildings fixtures and fittings, which includes sanitaryware, building hardware products, baths and spas, household accessories, sinks and tapware, and hot water products; commercial furniture, which includes education products, hospitality products and stadia seating, and unallocated, which includes domestic and ride-on mowers and corporate administration. It operates mainly in Australia. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006, the building fixtures and fittings segment, consisting of Caroma Dorf, Dux and Gainsborough contributes 84% of the Company's total revenue. The Company's subsidiaries include GWA Group Limited, Caroma Holdings Limited, Sebel Furniture Inc, Caroma Industries Limited, G Subs Pty Ltd, Sebel Furniture (Hong Kong) Ltd, GWA Trading (Shanghai) Co Ltd and GWA International (Hong Kong) Limited.
