ING Industrial Fund (the Fund) is an Australia-based property trust. The Fund primarily invests in real estate. ING Industrial Fund invests in industrial properties and business parks in key global markets, and its operations include property investment, property development and property services. The Fund owns a diversified industrial property portfolio located throughout Australia and Western Europe. ING Management Limited is the responsible entity of the ING Industrial Fund. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006 (fiscal 2006), the Fund acquired six properties in Western Europe and four properties in Australia. During fiscal 2006, it completed nine developments and a further 10 projects under construction totaling over 235,000 square meters of space. On May 12, 2006, the Fund acquired Les Tulipes SARL and Societe Civile Flora. At the date of acquisition, these companies owned Les Tulipes Distribution Centre located in Gonesse, France.
