Investa Property Group (Investa) is an Australian diversified property company. Investa's businesses include office portfolio, an external funds management business, a residential development business and a commercial development business. The Company is a stapled security, which comprises Investa Properties Limited (IPL), and a unit in Investa Property Trust. The Commercial Developments business has 14 projects, with inventory, as of June 30, 2006, of $198 million. It purchased the Swanbank project in Queensland and the purchase of Mount Street, North Sydney in July 2006. The Commercial Developments business has built up its land bank and controls over 670 hectares of industrial land and over 100,000 square meters of proposed office accommodation. The External Funds Management business launched its first core-plus fund, the $300 million Investa Enhanced Fund, in June 2006. The funds managed include wholesale fund, Investa Commercial Property Fund and Investa Diversisied Office Fund.
