Jubilee Mines NL is an Australia-based mineral resource company, with a primary focus on nickel sulphides. The key projects of the Company are the Cosmos region located in the Agnew-Wiluna Greenstone Belt; the Acra-Emu Lake area, located 70 kilometers northeast of Kalgoorlie, and the Bannockburn region, located approximately 90 kilometers south of Cosmos. It owns and operates the Cosmos Nickel Project in Western Australia. The Company's targets within the Cosmos Nickel Project area include the Prospero Deposit, located 4.5 kilometers south of the Cosmos Mine site; the Tapinos Deposit, which is located 3.5 kilometers south of the Cosmos Mine and lies on the same contact position that hosts Cosmos, Prospero and Alec Mairs, and Anomaly 4 / Anomaly 9. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006, the Company had investments in Falcon Minerals Ltd (16%), Pioneer Nickel Ltd (17% and Joint Venture interest of 75%), and Northern Star Resources Ltd (25% plus options).
