Jabiru Metals Limited, formerly Pilbara Mines Limited, is an Australia-based company engaged in the mineral exploration and mining of base metals. The Company owns 100% of the Jaguar copper-zinc project situated 60 kilometers north of Leonora adjacent to the Goldfields highway. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006, Tanami Gold NL sold its 17.1% interest in Jabiru to Consolidated Minerals Limited.
