Kimberley Diamond Company NL is engaged in diamond mining, processing, marketing and exploration. The Company focuses on mining and marketing rough diamonds from its wholly owned Ellendale Mining Operations, located approximately 2,000 kilometers north of Perth in Western Australia's Kimberley region. At the Ellendale Lamproite Field it controls resources containing more than 5.6 million carats. Kimberley Diamond Company NL is exploring the 124 square kilometers Ellendale Mining Lease, which contains approximately 27 diamondiferous lamproite pipes. It also holds a 55% interest in the diamond explorer Blina Diamonds NL, which controls a 1,800 square kilometers tenement package covering and surrounding the central core of the Ellendale Field, including 50 identified lamproite pipes and a number of diamondiferous alluvial channels. The Company's other subsidiaries include Kimberley Diamonds Australia BVBA, Kimberley Mining Services Pty Ltd and Kimphil Pty Ltd.
