Kagara Zinc Limited is an Australian-based company primarily engaged in mineral exploration, development and mineral production. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006 (fiscal 2006), the Company carried out mining activities from the Mt Garnet Zinc plant. The Company's polymetallic production, for fiscal 2006, was 35,143 tonnes of contained zinc, 2,567 tonnes of contained copper and 9,341 tonnes of contained lead. Copper circuit production was 4,007 tonnes of contained copper. On January 20, 2006, the Company acquired Kagara Copper Pty Ltd.
