Lend Lease Corporation Limited is an Australia-based retail and residential property company. The Company has three segments: Retail and Communities, Investment Management, and Project Management, Construction and Private Finance Initiatives (PFIs). Retail comprises retail property management, asset management and development. The Communities business is involved in the development of large-scale urban communities, including senior living. Investment Management provides real estate investment management services, including direct and indirect ownership interests in property investments. Project Management, Construction and PFIs comprise construction, project management, engineering and design services. The Company also has direct and indirect ownership interests in property investments in Asia Pacific, Europe and the United States. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006, Lend Lease acquired The Crosby Group plc and the final 12.5% minority stake in Actus Lend Lease.
