Mincor Resources NL is engaged in mining and exploration of mineral recourses. The Company's mining projects include Miitel Nickel Mine, Wannaway Nickel Mine, Redross Nickel Mine and Mariners Nickel Mine. During the fiscal year end June 30, 2006, the Company's Wannaway Nickel Mine produced 28,220 dry metric tones at an average nickel grade of 2.64%, to produce 641 tones of nickel-in-concentrate. Redross Nickel Mine produced 121,473 dry metric tones at an average nickel grade of 3.76%, to produce 3,999 tones of nickel-in-concentrate. The Company's Mariners Nickel Mine produced 152,534 dry metric tones at an average nickel grade of 2.07%, to produce 2,754 tones of nickel-in-concentrate. Miitel Nickel Mine produced 238,670 dry metric tones at an average nickel grade of 2.92%, to produce 6,101 tones of nickel-in-concentrate. On July 1, 2007, the Company completed the acquisition of Goldfields Mine Management Pty Ltd.
