Macquarie CountryWide Trust (the Trust) is a property investment trust investing in grocery anchored retail real estate. The Trust's property portfolio contains 241 properties in Australia, New Zealand and the United States, which includes grocery anchored shopping centers, as well as freestanding supermarkets. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006, the Trust completed eight redevelopment projects. The Trust is working with joint venture partner Regency Center Corporation (Regency) on three development projects in the United States. During fiscal 2006, the Trust also bought a 75% interest in two United States properties from Regency. The manager of the Trust is Macquarie CountryWide Management Limited.
