Macquarie DDR Trust (the Trust) is an Australian investment fund. The Trust invests in real estate properties, mainly retail shopping centers in the United States. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006, the Trust had acquired a 50% interest in 37 retail properties throughout the United States, an interest in six community shopping centers located in four states within the United States, and additional parcels in two of the Trust's centers in the United States at Riverchase Promenade and Township Marketplace. Tenants on the Trust's properties include Wal-Mart, Kohl's, Best Buy and OfficeMax. The Trust is managed by Macquarie DDR Management Limited.
