MFS Limited operates in three business segments. The financial services segment is made up of Funds Management and Structured Finance operations. Funds Management includes MFS Financial Services Limited (property and income-based products, Australia), MFS Pacific Holdings Limited (property and income-based products, New Zealand), and HFA Holdings Limited (equity-based products). Structured Finance includes the Versa Structured Finance Pty Ltd, MFS Causeway and Sagacious Advisory Pty Ltd businesses. The leisure resort operations segment includes management of resort accommodation and related businesses under the Bale, Peppers, Mantra, BreakFree and Ambia brands, collectively branded the Stella Resorts Group. The ski field operations segment consists of the ski lift and other related businesses operating in the Mount Hotham and Falls Creek ski fields, and associated property development opportunities. As of January 9, 2007, MFS Limited held a 96.7% interest in S8 Limited.
