Mirvac Group comprises Mirvac Limited and its controlled entities, which includes Mirvac Property Trust and its controlled entities. The principal activities of the Company consisted of property investment and management, hotel ownership and management, property development and funds management. Property Investment includes investment and asset management of a range of commercial, industrial, hotel and retail properties predominantly in Eastern Australia, held for the purpose of producing rental income throughout Australia. Property Development includes construction and property development of residential, commercial, industrial and retail development projects throughout Australia. Hotels include management of branded serviced apartments, hotels and resorts, throughout Australia and New Zealand. Funds Management includes fees received in capacity as responsible entity of managed funds.
