McGuigan Simeon Wines Limited is engaged in wine making, wine marketing, vineyard management and development. The Company operates in three business segments: bottled wine, which is engaged in the sale of bottled wine throughout Australia and overseas; bulk wine and processing, which is engaged in the sale of bulk wine and bulk in bottle throughout Australia and overseas, and vineyards, which is engaged in contract management and development of vineyards. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006 (fiscal 2006), the Company's total sales volume was 187.1 million liters, of which 74 million liters represented domestic volumes, 36.4 million liters were the result of contract processing and 76.7 million liters were export volumes. Some of the Company's wholly owned subsidiaries include Simeon Wines Limited, Vintners Australia Pty Limited, Barossa Valley Wine Company Pty Limited, Riverland Vineyards Pty Limited, Coldridge Vineyards Pty Limited and Australian Vintage Limited.
