Mirvac Industrial Trust, formerly JF US Industrial Trust (the Trust), is an Australia-based company engaged in property investment. The Trust is focused on the industrial market in the United States. The Trust's portfolio comprises 41 industrial assets located in or adjacent to the Chicago region. The portfolio is leased to a range of tenants in established industrial markets. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2005, the Trust acquired 95% interest in the portfolio from CenterPoint Properties Trust, who, through a joint venture with the Trust, retains a 5% interest in the portfolio.
