Macquarie Leisure Trust Group, Leisurewide Property Trust, is a property trust. The Company principally invests in the leisure and entertainment property market in Australia and New Zealand. . It has invested in some Australian leisure assets, including Dreamworld, d'Albora Marinas and AMF Bowling. On December 5, 2005, the Company acquired My Boatie Pty Ltd. On June 2006, it acquired Loganholme Hyperbowl bowling center business in Loganholme, Queensland. On March 29, 2006, the Company acquired Macquarie Leisure Operations (NZ) Limited and acquired a 100% beneficial entitlement to Macquarie Leisure (NZ) Trust. These subsidiaries of the Company acquired the business and assets of Garden City Bowl, a bowling center business operating in Christchurch, New Zealand. The Trust's manager is Macquarie Leisure Management Limited. In March 2007, the Company completed the acquisition of Panmure Superbowl in Auckland, New Zealand. In July 2007, it acquired Goodlife Health Club chain in Australia.
