Medusa Mining Limited (Medusa) is engaged in mineral exploration, evaluation and development. The Company's operations are in Australia and the Philippines. In September 2005, Philsaga Mining Corporation (Philsaga) and Medusa signed an agreement allowing Medusa to produce its first gold and cash flow from development work at the Co-O Mine commencing in October 2005. Philsaga's assets are located in Central Eastern Mindanao in the Republic of the Philippines, and the project comprises approximately 700 square kilometers of tenements. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006, some of the Company's projects include Tambis Banaghilig prospect, Sinug-Ang project, Das-Agan project, Anoling project, Apical project, Abacus project, Saugon project, Masapelid project, Pannaon Gold project and Braemore project. On December 4, 2006, the Company completed the acquisition of Philsaga Mining Corporation.
