Multiplex Acumen Property Fund, formerly Acumen Capital Property Securities Fund (the Fund), is an Australia-based real estate investment fund. It invests in listed equities and unlisted managed investment schemes. Acumen Capital Securities Limited is the Responsible Entity of the Fund. As of June 30, 2006, the Fund owned a portfolio of listed and unlisted property assets valued at $294.2 million. The Fund's property investment portfolio is spread over 43 different property investments, across three asset classes, five property sectors and 10 geographic locations.
