National Australia Bank Ltd is an international financial services organization that provides a range of financial products and services. The Company's business is organized into four operating segments, three of which are managed along regional lines: Australia Region, United Kingdom Region and New Zealand Region, which include banking and wealth management products, as well as nabCapital. nabCapital comprises markets, corporate loan portfolio, structured products, credit products, financial institutions and a support services unit. Its Other business segment includes Corporate Center and Group Funding. The Company has operations in Australia, Europe, New Zealand, the United States and Asia. Its main operating subsidiaries comprise Bank of New Zealand, Clydesdale Bank PLC, MLC Limited and National Australia Financial Management Limited. On July 31, 2006, the Company sold its Custom Fleet's operations in New Zealand. On May 8, 2006, it sold its MLC Asia businesses.
