Nexus Energy Limited has investments in energy related projects. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006 (fiscal 2006), the Company signed a gas sales and toll processing agreement with Santos Offshore Pty Ltd and Santos (N.T) Pty Ltd. During fiscal 2006, the Company participated in the drilling of the Furseal-1 exploration well. The Furseal-1 well was drilled by the operator Apache Energy Limited. In December 2005, the Company acquired AC/P23 petroleum exploration permit that contained the Crux gas condensate field from Mogal Marine Pty Ltd. The Company's subsidiaries include Nexus Energy Aust. NL, Nexus Energy VICP54 Pty Ltd, Nexus IT Investments Pty Ltd, Nexus Energy Services Pty Ltd and Nexus Energy WA Pty Ltd. As at June 30, 2006, Nexus has interest in joint ventures, which includes Apache Energy Ltd, Santos Offshore Pty Ltd and Nexus Energy Services Pty Ltd.
