Perilya Limited (Perilya) is an Australia-based mining and exploration company. The Company owns and operates the Broken Hill lead, zinc and silver mine in New South Wales, Australia. It has a portfolio of gold and base metal exploration properties, and investments in the mining sector. Perilya is organized into four business segments. The base metals mining segment is engaged in the mining and extraction of base metal ores. The gold mining segment is engaged in the mining and extraction of gold ore. The exploration segment is engaged in the exploration for and evaluation of gold and base metal ore deposits. The investment and administration segment is engaged in the administration of its corporate office.
