Niagara Mining Limited is an Australia-based mineral exploration company that holds exploration interest in gold and nickel. The Company's main activities are focused towards the exploration and development of nickel mineralization in Mt Windarra in Kalgoorlie. Mt Windarra has multiple ore surfaces. The Company acquired the Windarra Nickel Project (WNP) from BHP-Billiton in December 2005. The WNP consists of three prospecting leases, and one special mining lease covering approximately 70 square kilometers located 28 kilometers north west of the town of Laverton in Western Australia. The WNP includes the large nickel sulphide systems of Mt Windarra and South Windarra, and the Windarra Komatiite that extends over a distance of 20 kilometers. It has interest in the Salman South Gold Project (formerly known as Dawden Gold Project) located in Ghana, West Africa. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006, the Mt Celia Gold Project was sold to Onslow Minerals Pty Ltd.
