Perpetual Limited (Perpetual) is an Australia-based financial services company. The Company's operates in four divisions: Perpetual Investments, offers a range of managed investment products to the retail, wholesale and institutional markets; Private Clients, provides access to tailored financial, tax, legal and estate planning advice, including personal asset and portfolio management, property management, trustee services, including charitable trusts and estate administration; Corporate Trust, offers securitisation, trust and responsible entity services, and it also acts as trustee for corporate debt issues, infrastructure projects, security agencies, development capital, management buyouts and property trusts, and PI Investment Management Limited, provides investment management, sales/client service and support operations. In July 2007, Perpetual acquired the mortgage processing assets of National Lending Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of InfoChoice Limited.
