Programmed Maintenance Services Limited is engaged in the provision of property maintenance services to commerce, industry and government. The Company provides these services by way of programmed maintenance painting, grounds maintenance services, general property maintenance services, corporate signage, infrastructure maintenance and operations management, and specialized industrial services, which include sewerage and drainage maintenance, high-pressure cleaning, vacuum loading, non-destructive digging and water recycling. It operates in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Some of the Company's wholly owned subsidiaries include Barry Bros. Specialized Services Pty. Limited, Programmed Maintenance Services (N.Z.) Limited, PMS Share Schemes Administration Pty. Ltd., PMS Building Services Pty. Ltd. and Programmed Maintenance Services (UK) Limited. In June 2007, the merger of Integrated Group Limited and Programmed Maintenance Services Limited was completed.
