Redbank Mines Limited is a mineral exploration company. The Company owns 100% of the Redbank Copper project located in the Northern Territory and the Mt Kasi gold project located in Fiji. In addition, it maintains assets in Western Australia and Queensland. The principal activities of the Company during the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006 (fiscal 2006), included commissioning of the oxide copper circuit at the Redbank Copper project, and mineral exploration at Mt Kasi gold project. During fiscal 2006, Redbank Mines Limited completed the acquisition of RBM Operations Pty Ltd and the Redbank Copper project.
