Redflex Holdings Limited is an Australia-based company. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006, it operated through three subsidiaries: Redflex Traffic Systems Inc., engaged in the provision of red light and speed photo enforcement systems and back office processing services for cities and other municipalities within the United States; Redflex Traffic Systems Pty Ltd, engaged in the development and commercialization of traffic image processing software and traffic violation management systems and hardware, and Redflex Communication Systems Pty Limited, engaged in the development and commercialization of technologies associated with voice and data digital switching and related communications systems. It has two divisions: the traffic division and the communication division. In December 2006, the Company sold Redflex Communications Systems Pty Limited and its subsidiaries, Redflex Communications Pty Limited and Redflex Communication Systems Inc., to Allied Technologies Group Limited.
