Ramsay Health Care Limited owns and operates private hospitals. As of June 30, 2006, the Company had a portfolio of 69 private hospitals and day care facilities across Australia and Indonesia. With over 7,000 beds, Ramsay Health Care has various hospital divisions, such as psychiatric, medical/surgical, rehabilitation, regional medical/surgical and collocated. Its ultimate parent company is Paul Ramsay Holdings Pty Limited. On February 13, 2006, the Company sold Silver Circle to with Little Company of Mary Health Care.
