Ridley Corporation Limited is engaged in the production and marketing of stock feed and animal feed supplements, and the production of crude salt, salt refining and marketing. It operates in two segments: stockfeed and feed supplements, which produces and markets stock and poultry feeds, aquafeeds, vitamins, mineral supplements and rural merchandise, and salt, which produces, refines and markets salt, and has investments in associated companies. Ridley Corporation Limited's operating divisions are Ridley Agriproducts, which is a manufacturer and marketer of stockfeed in Australia, producing animal nutrition products for the beef, dairy, pig, poultry, horse, sheep, pet food and aquaculture industries; Cheetham Salt, which is a producer and refiner of salt, and Ridley Inc, which is a commercial animal nutrition company. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006, the Company acquired the business and assets of Teangi Stockfeeds and Primix, and the remaining 49% of McCauley Bros Inc.
