Resolute Mining Limited (RML) is an Australian company engaged in gold mining, and prospecting and exploration for minerals. Exploration programs undertaken, during the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006 (fiscal 2006), concentrated on advancing the Company's range of exploration properties located in Australia, Tanzania, Ghana and Mali. The Golden Pride mine is located in Tanzania, East Africa. RML has a 100% interest in the project through its Tanzanian subsidiary, Resolute (Tanzania) Limited. The Golden Pride mine produced 145,043 ounces of gold in fiscal 2006. The Ravenswood gold mine is located 125 kilometers southwest of Townsville in northeast Queensland, Australia. The Company has a 100% interest in the mine through its subsidiary Carpentaria Gold Pty Ltd. The Ravenswood mine produced 145,706 ounces of gold in fiscal 2006. RML's gold production was 290,749 ounces in fiscal 2006. The Company's other projects include the Syama Gold Project and Mt Wright.
