Resource Pacific Holdings Limited is involved in the mining, processing and marketing of export grade coal. The Company has underground operations in New South Wales, Australia. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006 (fiscal 2006), the Company produced 562,000 tons of saleable coal and sold 615,000 tons. The Company is developing an identified semi-soft coking coal resource in the Hunter Valley, New South Wales, with approximately 252 million tons of unmined coal resources. It is also undertaking board and pillar mining operations in the northern part of its leases.
