SAI Global Limited is a business publishing, compliance, training and assurance company with offices in Europe, Australia, New Zealand, North America and across Asia. It has four segments: Business Publishing, which aggregates and distributes legal, technical and business information developed by intellectual property providers, such as standards development organizations in hard and electronic copy; Compliance Services provides consulting and software tools to facilitate regulatory training, awareness and monitoring against critical business information; Professional Services provides face-to face training and consulting around information associated with business systems and processes, and Assurance Services independently certifies that products and management systems conform with key business information, such as standards and other codes of practice. On January 19, 2007, it completed the acquisition of Compliance and Ethics Learning Solutions Corporation, which operates as Midi.
