Sunland Group Limited is an Australia-based real estate company. The Company's principal activities are property development and construction, together with hotel investment and childcare. It has four business segments: urban land, residential housing, multi-storey property development, and hotel investments and operations. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006, Sunland Group Limited acquired Boundary Funds Management Pty Ltd, Carnriver Retail Pty Ltd, Dalestan Pty Limited, Faldun Pty Limited, Jadedrift Pty Limited, Lilibuck Pty Limited, Stanride Pty Limited, Sunkids Administration Pty Limited, Sunland Financial Services Pty Ltd, Sunland Group (NSW) Pty Limited, and Yorkmine Pty Limited. On January 30, 2006, the Company sold its subsidiary, Sunland Hotels and Resorts Pty Ltd, to Sunleisure Group Limited.
