Segue Resources Limited (Segue) is engaged in mineral exploration, identification of potential mining assets for acquisition and development, and raising capital to fund those opportunities. In July 2005, the Company entered into an agreement with Arafura Resources NL to purchase exploration license EL10004 (Tenement). On 26 July 2006, Segue entered into a farmin agreement with North River Resources Pty Ltd (NRR) pursuant to which NRR will have the right to earn up to a 51% interest in EL 10004.
