SEEK Limited is engaged in advertising employment classifieds and related services on the Internet, and provision and distribution of vocational training courses. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006, the Company purchased 100% of Dynamic Web Training Pty Ltd., which provides classroom training courses in package software. The Company has two business segments: online employment classified advertising (Classified) and the provision of online training courses to individuals (Learning). As of June 30, 2006, it owned 100% of the issued ordinary shares of SEEK (NZ) Limited and SEEK Campus Pty Ltd and 100% of SEEK Learning Pty Limited. In October 2006, the Company completed the acquisition of a 50% interest in IDP Education Pty Ltd. IDP is a recruiter of international students for Australian educational institutions.
