Seven Network Limited is a commercial television broadcaster in Australia. The principal activities include the operation of its commercial television stations and investments through Melbourne Stadiums Limited and Medallion Club (Melbourne) Pty. Limited in the Telstra Dome in Melbourne, and magazine publishing through Pacific Magazines Pty Limited. It comprises four business segments. The television segment operates commercial television stations. The magazine segment comprises publication of magazines. Its investments segment includes investments in Internet content and pay television content providers, and other investments. The stadiums segment includes naming rights, marketing, ticketing and seating rights to and responsibility for management of Telstra Dome. During the year ended June 24, 2006 (fiscal 2006), it acquired the television rights for the television coverage of the 2007-2011 football seasons and of the 2007-2012 V8 Supercar seasons.
