Specialty Fashion Group Ltd., formerly Miller's Retail Limited (MRL), is engaged in retailing of women's clothing in Australia and New Zealand. The Company operates under the brand name Miller's Fashion Club, Autograph, Crossroads and Katies. The Company operated in two divisions: Apparel and Discount Variety. Apparel segment involved in the sale of clothing goods through retail outlets. Discount Variety segment involved in the sale of discount variety goods through retail outlets. With effect from December 22, 2005, the Discount Variety division was sold. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006, the Company operated 714 apparel stores in Australia and New Zealand.
