Skydome Holdings Limited is engaged in designing, manufacturing, selling and installing of skylights and commercial glazing systems. The Company operates through three business division: domestic skylight division, industrial overhead glazing division and Fluorosolar Technology division. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006, Company carried on the research, development and commercialization of the Fluorosolar technology.
