Salmat Limited is a customer communications company. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006, the Company was engaged in three activities: Targeted Media, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Contact Centers. Targeted Media delivers advertising catalogues to homes throughout Australia and New Zealand. BPO processes and mails bank and credit card statements, accounts, and other customized bulk mailings in Australia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and the Philippines. Contact Centers handles inbound and outbound telephone, fax, e-mail and online communications on behalf of the company's customers, from facilities in Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines. Inbound services include technical support and customer care, while outbound services include telemarketing and direct sales. Salmat also facilitates business-to-business and business-to-consumer conversations through a range of sales support services. As of October 19, 2006, the Company held a 90.32% interest in VeCommerce Limited.
