SP Telemedia Limited is an Australia-based company that provides licensed telecommunications carrier in accordance with the Telecommunications Act 1997; is engaged in the sale of retail telecommunication products and services, and commercial television station. Its operates in two segments: Telecommunications, which licenses telecommunications carrier selling both wholesale and retail products and services, and Media, which operates a commercial television station, including commercial production and outside broadcast facilities. On June 30, 2006, it acquired the remaining 50% of the issued share capital of both SPT Telecommunications Pty Limited and Kooee Pty Limited. In May 2006, the Company sold its majority stake in B digital Ltd from 60% to 46%. In December 2006, the Company acquired B Digital Limited.
