Strike Resources Limited (SRK) is a mineral exploration and development company with a portfolio of mineral exploration projects in Australia, Peru and Indonesia. Its projects include Apurimac and Cuzco, Paulsen East, Bigrlyi South, Mt James, Mt Lawrence Wells, Canning Well and West Java Banten. SRK's operating segments include resource projects, Internet technologies and investment. It has entered into an agreement to acquire a 100% interest in a 5,601 hectare located approximately 100 kilometers south-west of Jakarta. SRK has a 75% interest in five exploration tenements located in the northern part of the Ngalia Basin in the Northern Territory. Mt Lawrence Wells is located 25 kilometers south of Wiluna and north of palaeo drainage. In September 2006, SRK acquired Cleanfield Energy Corp., an alternative energy company. Subsequently, SRK changed its name to Cleanfield Alternative Energy Inc.
