Sovereign Metals Limited (Sovereign) is an Australia-based company established to develop a portfolio of mineral exploration assets, with its initial focus on the copper and gold assets acquired from Echelon Resources Limited. The Company has acquired certain exploration permits for minerals (EPM) and applications for exploration permits for minerals (EPMA) (together Tenements) in Queensland. Sovereign holds interests in 15 Tenements in four areas in the Cloncurry-Mount Isa area in northwest Queensland. There are two EPMA's in the Cloncurry North project area. The applications cover an area of approximately 656 square kilometers and are located approximately 200 kilometers north of Cloncurry. The Cloncurry Central project area comprises five EPM's and four EPMA's, together totaling approximately 955 square kilometers. The Cloncurry South project is over two EPM's and one EPMA, situated to the south and southwest of Cloncurry. The Mount Isa Southeast project area comprises one EPM.
