Tabcorp Holdings Limited is engaged in the provision of leisure and entertainment services. The wagering business is engaged totalizator and fixed odds betting activities. The Gaming business includes gaming machine and Keno operations in licensed clubs and hotels. Casinos business includes casino operations, including hotels, apartment complex, theatres, restaurants and bars. Media business includes national and international broadcasting of racing and sporting events. The International business includes technology and product sales and development of opportunities outside of Australia. On July 1, 2006, Tabcorp's new divisional structure was implemented, the previous operations from the Gaming and network games, Wagering and Media divisions were merged together into a newly created division called Australian Business, and the International division became a part of the Strategy and Development division.
