Transpacific Industries Group Ltd provides a range of integrated total waste management and facility management services. It operates in four business segments. Liquid waste management and recycling segment includes collection, transportation, treatment and sale of liquid waste. Energy segment includes collection, transportation, treatment and sale or disposal of waste mineral oil and cooking oil. Industrial solutions segment includes industrial cleaning, high pressure water blasting, and manufacture and lease out of parts washers. The commercial vehicles segment includes importation and distribution of commercial vehicles and parts through three brands of heavy-duty trucks and associated parts, MAN bus chassis and industrial engines. On March 27, 2006, it acquired Australian Pollution Engineering Pty Ltd. In April 2007, the Company acquired the operations of the Twigg group. In May 2007, it acquired Transpacific acquired the Cleanaway operations operations from KKR.
