Transfield Services Limited is engaged in the provision of operations and maintenance outsourcing services, and infrastructure ownership and management. Its wholly owned subsidiaries include Transfield Services (Holdings) Pty Limited, Transfield Services (Australia) Pty Limited, Transfield Services (International) Pty Limited, Transfield Services (New Zealand) Pty Limited and Transfield Services Infrastructure (New Zealand) Limited. On January 31, 2006, the Company acquired APP Corporation, its subsidiaries and controlled entities. On July 4, 2006, it acquired USM Holdings Corporation, which provides operations and maintenance services across North America. In October 2006, it purchased international services company, Hofincons Infotech & Industrial Services Private Ltd, based in India. In February 2007, it acquired TIMEC Holdings, Inc. In April 2007, the Company acquired AC Blackmore Ltd, a civil engineering and roading company in Auckland, and Kapiti Roadmakers & Contractors Limited.
