Tectonic Resources NL is an Australian company engaged exploration and sale of nickel ore and gold bullion. The Company has 50% interest in the Burnakura joint venture. It also owns the Phillips River gold project. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2006 (fiscal 2006), the Company completed drill programs at Kundip and Queen Sheba, which forms part of the Phillips River gold project. During fiscal 2006, the Company completed a drill program at NOA 2, the principal ore source for the Burnakura joint venture. During fiscal 2006, the Company also completed mining at the RAV 8 Nickel project.
